I'm fascinated by the city. I love that it is alive and existing in a constant state of flux. People, traffic, trends, weather and time - everything is on the move and set against the backdrop of a seemingly endless cycle of demolition, destruction, rebuilding and reconstruction.

The collages that I create aim to echo this cycle.

Abstract, brutalist-inspired compositions of buildings and cityscapes are born from a wide range of different sources. The very process of collaging means that each piece undergoes several iterations before they are finally stuck down and committed to paper.

Once complete they are something new for a while, before they move on once more by being given away, sold or destroyed.

Each of the collages use found imagery from a wide range of magazines and books and are hand-cut and pasted onto 220gsm paper.

***If you've seen any collages on Instagram that you'd like to buy that aren't on this site, drop me a message and I'll sort out for you***
